His academic expertise encompasses conflict, security, and development, with research focused on household resilience and community strategies for coping with violence and protecting livelihoods. Dr. Ogbozor has led research projects for the United States Institute of Peace and the Boeing Centre for Aviation and Aerospace Safety. He previously worked as a cooperation field officer with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). He holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Resolution from George Mason University.\r\n\r\n\r\nDr. Isioma Kemakolam has 20 years of professional experience in peacebuilding, governance, justice, and security sector reform in Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Liberia, Kenya, and Burkina Faso. She has worked with various national and international NGOs where she excelled at building partnerships with government institutions, civil society organizations, and traditional institutions.  She has authored several articles and papers on peacebuilding, governance, justice, and security.
